[讀書心得]還好,我們可以練習快樂
從沒聽過他曾這樣抱怨過,怎麼會發生這樣的狀況呢?
了解之下,不過是開始於簡單的一句詢問: "你碗洗了嗎?"
老婆隨口問了, "你碗洗了嗎?"
(老婆實際上只是想確認碗是否洗了,如果還沒洗,那她準備要洗)
老公不耐煩的回答, "還沒,你沒看到我從回家到現在都還沒坐下來休息嗎?"
(老公心想, 又在催我要洗碗了,我才剛回來,又交代我要做這個做那個。)
老婆不高興的說, "我只是問一下,你怎麼這麼不耐煩?"
老公語帶刺蝟的說, "我是不能休息一下嗎?是要把我逼死嗎!"
接下來,就陷入你對我錯、你辛苦我辛苦的無限循環。

- 勉強維持前一天行為,但仍未養成習慣。
- 仍有不自主開電視行為、及放空划手機情況。
- 建議調整方式,將手機放在書房。

20230107 承諾
"堅持不過度承諾,但做出超乎期待的表現"
因為不好意思拒絕,或者輕易地做出不確定可以做到的承諾,其實都比直接拒絕,更讓人感覺不好。仔細思考可行性及是否能做到,再給予肯定的承諾,之後再繳交出超乎預期的成果。這才會讓人獲得額外的驚喜。

20221123 錢不夠用
若要用一句話來形容2022年,那就是錢不夠用。
每個月月初薪資戶頭入帳的那天,紙上富貴不過幾分鐘,繳卡費、固定支出等費用轉出,瞬間即歸零,甚至不夠或超支。感覺很不好,被錢追著跑,又沒有累積。
後來想想,主要原因是今年度因為信用卡回饋(2~3%)的因素,大量使用信用卡,不知不覺的花費增加了,等同於提前使用未來的錢,故每次領薪水就立刻要拿去繳卡費。真是因小失大!
思考後決定開始逐步減少信用卡的使用。
- 第一步,先使用簽帳卡,戶頭有錢才能刷。
- 第二步,直接使用現金付款,清楚了解擁有錢的數量。先有錢,再花錢。
- 第三部,固定存款。
