[讀書心得]還好，我們可以練習快樂

上週我的一個朋友說  "他被他老婆逼得快沒法呼吸了！"

從沒聽過他曾這樣抱怨過，怎麼會發生這樣的狀況呢？

了解之下，不過是開始於簡單的一句詢問： "你碗洗了嗎？"

老婆隨口問了, "你碗洗了嗎？"
(老婆實際上只是想確認碗是否洗了，如果還沒洗，那她準備要洗)

老公不耐煩的回答, "還沒，你沒看到我從回家到現在都還沒坐下來休息嗎？"
(老公心想, 又在催我要洗碗了，我才剛回來，又交代我要做這個做那個。)

老婆不高興的說, "我只是問一下，你怎麼這麼不耐煩？"

老公語帶刺蝟的說, "我是不能休息一下嗎？是要把我逼死嗎！"

接下來，就陷入你對我錯、你辛苦我辛苦的無限循環。

方法：

1. 減少無目標行為(ex. 轉電視)
2. 有目標的行為(ex.閱讀)

結果：

就寢時間：晚上11:30 (與昨日差不多)

突發狀況：家人身體狀況不舒服。

自評：

1. 勉強維持前一天行為，但仍未養成習慣。
2. 仍有不自主開電視行為、及放空划手機情況。
3. 建議調整方式，將手機放在書房。

方法：

1. 戒除追劇行為：不開電視/不開手機
2. 定義目標執行項目：家事/閱讀

結果：

睡眠時間：6小時53分 (增加60%睡眠時間)

自評：

結果良好。從定義好必要執行項目，減少隨興選擇及時間無謂浪費。

20230107 承諾

 "堅持不過度承諾，但做出超乎期待的表現"

因為不好意思拒絕，或者輕易地做出不確定可以做到的承諾，其實都比直接拒絕，更讓人感覺不好。仔細思考可行性及是否能做到，再給予肯定的承諾，之後再繳交出超乎預期的成果。這才會讓人獲得額外的驚喜。

 如何有效達成進度推動？

1. 目標確認：截止日期及預期結果
2. 每日進度檢視：達成/未達成/後續計畫

目標是工作項目的目的地，確認目標才能規劃出合理的路線和時程。

進度定期檢視，唯有定期檢視，才能時時確認方向及步驟是否需調整。

20221123 錢不夠用

若要用一句話來形容2022年，那就是錢不夠用。

每個月月初薪資戶頭入帳的那天，紙上富貴不過幾分鐘，繳卡費、固定支出等費用轉出，瞬間即歸零，甚至不夠或超支。感覺很不好，被錢追著跑，又沒有累積。

後來想想，主要原因是今年度因為信用卡回饋(2~3%)的因素，大量使用信用卡，不知不覺的花費增加了，等同於提前使用未來的錢，故每次領薪水就立刻要拿去繳卡費。真是因小失大！

思考後決定開始逐步減少信用卡的使用。

• 第一步，先使用簽帳卡，戶頭有錢才能刷。
• 第二步，直接使用現金付款，清楚了解擁有錢的數量。先有錢，再花錢。
• 第三部，固定存款。
